This former high school English teacher with a BA in English and Communications has the writing skills needed to create quality marketing materials that will attract a buyer’s attention.
Since moving to North Carolina in 2002, Christine has enjoyed living in various Raleigh neighborhoods: 5 Points, Mordecai/Oakwood, North Raleigh, Crabtree. After a rewarding 14 years of teaching English in the Wake County Public School System (13 of which were at the historic Broughton High School), Christine decided to turn her longtime passion for real estate into a career.
"When my wife and I began looking for our first home, we knew we wanted a real estate agent who would be accommodating to our work schedules and with whom we could be comfortable asking all kinds of questions. Neither of us knew much about the housing market in Raleigh, but we did know that we wanted to live close to downtown. We quickly learned that finding a house in Raleigh’s hottest neighborhoods can be cutthroat, but Chris was determined to help us find the perfect home for us. She not only literally worked around the clock to find us a home in a great neighborhood that fit our needs, but she guided us through the entire home buying process. Chris’s friendly and patient attitude make her incredibly easy to work with and we would recommend her to anyone who wants to find a home in Raleigh." - Bill S. - English teacher
"To say I was dreading the house-buying process is an understatement. While I had done my fair share of reading, I quickly realized how little I knew. Chris Molloy eased all of my fears. Looking for homes with her felt effortless. She took the reins in the beginning until I could figure out what I liked and didn’t like. No area was off limits. Chris was consistently available for showings, arranging them around my schedule. She was always considerate of my budget, lifestyle, and desire to feel safe in my surroundings. Once we found my perfect home, Chris walked me through the mortgage process, inspections, and closing.
Chris is a people-person. She has an incredible knack for sensing when you like or dislike a property. Her swift work ethic helps ensure you don’t miss out on seeing a house or submitting an offer. I could not have done this without her." -Jodie K. - math teacher
"I just moved to Alaska, and the thought of trying to make repairs, list, and close on my house from 4,000 miles away seemed an impossible task. Before I moved, Chris talked with me about what my options would be, and explained that it was more than manageable. I had my doubts, but she made it happen.
Her patience with me, her resourcefulness in problem solving, and her positivity despite surprises allowed the entire process to move seamlessly. Chris delivered VIP service day in and day out. I'm incredibly grateful for the time that went into listing, selling, and closing my home. Now if only she could help me buy a house in Alaska! - Cassie E. - English teacher
"My husband and I couldn't have been more relieved to work with Christine as we got ready to sell our house and relocate. She was patient, kind, and detail-oriented with us, and the strong realtor we wanted to represent us during negotiations. We worked with pretty tough buyers, and we never had doubts that Christine had our best interests at the forefront of all of our negotiations. She works collaboratively with the team at rare Properties and that brings out the best in her! She educated us about the details of the process, and she was honest and helpful along the way. We only wish we stayed local so Christine could have been a part of us finding our next dream house!" - Erica E. - ESL/math teacher
